Workout Notes


Classic Strength Day today! Super simple. Use your best judgment to create sets of 5 splits squats on each leg that are both challenging AND technically sound. Rest at least 2min between each set! If weights are too much for you, do bodyweight only! If you don’t have enough weight to make it challenging, add a slooooooow descent and maybe even a hold at the bottom on each rep!
